Antiwar.com Radio/ Scott Horton Interview Now Online
6:31 pm | Attention Deficit Democracy | Bovard | Bush | Bush Betrayal
Scott Horton and I had a rattling good chat today about some of the latest connivings in Washington. This latest Antiwar.com Radio production is online here.
Here’s Scott’s summary of the show from Antiwar.com Blog today -
James Bovard discusses the U.S. attorney scandal, his hopes that more criminal activity will be revealed when Gonzales is forced out, Gonzales and Bush’s obstruction of the DoJ’s NSA wiretapping probe, Bush’s secret executive order “authorizing” torture, Rumsfeld’s “sovereign immunity,” the National Security Letter scandal, the government’s craven media sycophants, the hypocrisy of conservatives when it comes to their much-ballyhooed “rule of law” as it applies to Republicans in power, Scott’s short list of Bush administration lies, the phony 9/11 commission, the shameful failures of beltway “libertarians” in opposing war and torture, and the heroic Bob Barr.

…Now that’s what I call a helluva an interview from a helluva Libertarian! I recommend every like minded voter, person, citizen—And anyone else seriously wondering about the truth listen to it attentively.

Mace - Thanks a lot!
Talking with Scott is a hoot - he is full of fire and brimstone. He is a natural antidote to my moderate instincts.

I heard it, too. A good, stimulating interview. America’s the asylum, and Bush and his inmates are running it into the ground.
If bullshit were music, Bush would be John Philip Sousa.
