Based on the expertise I gathered shoveling snow at the Harvard Business School, I am confident that there is no basis whatsover for Cheney's claim.

The only grounds for Cheney's claim is that he knows there are plenty of Full Mooners in the right-wing media who will howl and defend whatever bizarre claim he pulls out of his [redacted] // CORRECTION: thin air.
