Excellent new DVD on FBI National Security Letter Abuses
The Bill of Rights Defense Committee just released an excellent new DVD: FBI Unbound: How National Security Letters Violate Our Privacy.”
The DVD features interviews with George Christian, the executive director of Library Connection, the Connecticut organization that courageously refused to comply with an FBI National Security Letter (NSL) and helped make the letters a national controversy. Lisa Graves of the Center for National Security Studies provides insights into the sweep of the NSLs. Bruce Fein, the executive director of American Freedom Agenda, puts the peril of NSLs into perspective.
BORDC executive director Nancy Talanian commented, “FBI Unbound puts the FBI’s use of a far-reaching power in focus and invites viewers to ask whether they want law enforcement to have unlimited, unchecked access to records of Americans with no suspected ties to terrorism. ”

I’ve found it amazing how so many people think that this process began with 9/11, and how so many more pile the blame purely on the Clinton’s…A friend of mine is worried about Hillary becoming President after “What Bill’s FBI did at Waco, and Ruby Ridge” For all the shenanigans WJC pulled, that one belonged to George I
