Charles Goyette’s radio interview with me from this morning is now online here or here.
The “mouses…. mice” muff might not be the highlight of the interview.

Thanks for putting up links - today was the first day in forever when I *didn’t* get to the office at 7. Got to listen to the REST of the CG Show, though. ![]()

At the office by 7 every morning?
Geez, you like your job more than anybody I know.
Thanks for listening to the interview!

Jim,
Thanks for answering my question about the rent a cop and the pilot’s radio on the “The FBI’s Right to Threaten Torture” entry from the other day.
Here’s another thanks as well, for reminding me of what Mukasey said about giving the government the benefit of the doubt. For some reason that strikes me as backasswards. I always thought that it was the government that had to make its case. I wasn’t aware we recently went under Code Napoleon.
It isn’t simply Mukasey that is a weasel, but Schumer, Feinstein and the others that said they would vote for him as the lesser of the two evils. I’d just assume that Bush simply do a recess appointment for I don’t think anything will change when it comes to the rule of law with this gang.

Re: rent a cop and the pilot’s radio
“That was during a time of patriotism.”
