I especially like the maxim that perfectly describes the secrecy policy: “the greater the abuse, the more important it is that it should remain secret.” As for Panetta's Brooklyn Bridge sale, you are forgetting that in these days of overvalued real estate, it is a buyer's market. Knowing that there is no price to low to obtain the services of hacks like Pinetta, the low-bid hawks are circling and waiting for a true meltdown price and a buyer's incentive program to match! Jim,
