		<description>With the current Obama regime I'm waiting on the resurrection of the 1917 Espionage Act and 1918 Sedition Act. Parts of the 1917 Espionage Act are still on the books. Over 2000 people were prosecuted under the Espionage and Sedition Acts with sentences up to 10 years for criticizing the government.

The Postmaster General had the authority to seize mail that could be deemed anti government. What's to fear? Today the NSA is vacuuming up millions of emails. The next step would be interception and deletion.

Both Congress and the Executive branch consider the U.S. to be at war now despite no formal declaration. Under that assumption and Obama's want of total control the Espionage and Sedition Acts may soon rise from the ashes like the Phoenix.</description>
