Where else can someone get virtually everything wrong and remain employed?Where else can you manage to do quite fine while the rest of the economy not propped up by the bunko of quantitative easing is shot to hell? They don't like taxes, but don't seem to see the connection with lavish government spending. Those who believed in limited government years ago had deep reservations about it, if not outright contempt. Most of today's conservatives outright worship the state, at least the military sector.
