Based on historical experience, I’d say an even more likely outcome is an outbreak of aviational swine.
Although maybe by “greater scrutiny” they mean every member of Congress having to drive past the building and squint once a month…

Contrast this with The Rolling Stone’s blog at http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/matt-taibbi/blogs/TaibbiData_May2010/217520/83512 where they wonder where the Tea Party is on this issue. If it didn’t require registering there, I’d comment “where the hell have you guys been?”
