Bill Anderson had an excellent blog post on how the feds are coercing innocent people to plead guilty. Bill has been doing a lot of the best writing on this subject for years – and the issue may finally be catching fire.
I belatedly added Bill’s website to my blog roll. Bill, an economics professor at Frostburg State University, never takes any prisoners. He has done pathbreaking work on many subjects – esp. the perversion of justice.
And he has dogged Paul Krugman better than anyone else has.
