Brian Wilson’s Libertas Project’s Lively Launch!

Talk show legend Brian Wilson has begun his podcast series of interviews with freedom activists as part of his Libertas Project.   His first interview is now online, featuring Lew Rockwell, the founder of the Mises Institute.  Brian is one of the best interviewers in the biz – he looked at the feet of Jack Paar, one of the original hosts of the Tonight Show. Well, maybe he didn’t learn directly from Paar – but Brian did have Paar as a guest on his show at  WABC (when Brian and his co-host were the top-rated morning drive time hosts in the New York City).

In the coming weeks, Brian will be interviewing other folks.  I suspect his standards for guests might slip a bit, but we’ll see.

Here’s an outtake from Brian’s announcement of his goals for Libertas:

What if the News was presented without a political “filter”; that reported and analyzed current events and eliminated political “spin”, featuring a policy of respect for integrity, accuracy and fact?

What if it was coupled with commentary that examined events in the light of classic liberalism, libertarianism and free market principles?

Stay turned to see how Brian delivers answers to those questions.  You can subscribe to updates & announcements at the Libertas homepage.
