After waiting for two years without being fully paid for his services, Bovard&#8217;s suing.<\/p>\n<p>I covered the Barr campaign and watched Barr apologize for his record in Congress to win over an initially skeptical libertarian movement, for which he&#8217;s become a reliable, attention-getting spokesman. His presidential campaign, however, was a bit of a mess &#8212; raising less than $1.5 million, going into debt and getting into a useless spat with Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.).
