Former New York City radio star Brian Wilson<\/strong> and I have thumping the feds on our weekly radar.\u00a0 My recent trip to Hartford spurred some fresh smackdowns of TSA. Covid mandate madness and bootlicking reporters took a wallop as well. \u00a0 We talked about the growing resistance in Congress to endless spending for Ukraine.\u00a0 I recapped the bizarre new definition of “independent media” – on the federal dole.\u00a0 But President Biden received nothing but honorifics.\u00a0 Well, mostly.<\/p>\n

“A lot of journalists have risen to the top in Washington by kowtowing to the government. Presidents or top officials get fawning coverage because the journalist is hoping for a one-on-one interview that will be the high point of their career. Mind you, that’s not the scorecard I use.”<\/p>\n

“U.S. media coverage of the Ukraine War symbolizes how the bullshit radars have not only been turned off – they have been smashed into a thousand pieces.”<\/p>\n

“It’s amazing how liberal Democrats in Congress have all fallen in line to support unlimited U.S. intervention in the Ukraine war.”<\/span><\/p>\n

My final comment on the Wednesday podcast: “It\u2019s a good tune-up for a Hump Day evening.”<\/p>\n
