Biden is not fit for president if he’s not fit to prosecute<\/a><\/h1>\n

President Biden<\/a> is not guilty because he is hopelessly clueless about his own life and career.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So how the hell is he able to be president?<\/p>\n

Special counsel Robert Hur<\/a>, who concluded Biden \u201cwillfully retained and disclosed\u201d classified information<\/a>, which \u201crisked serious damage to America\u2019s national security.\u201d<\/p>\n

If anyone else did this, they would be federal crimes.<\/p>\n

But Biden cannot be convicted of a \u201cfelony that requires a mental state of willfulness,\u201d the special counsel concluded \u2014 apparently because Biden\u2019s mind is gone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uncle Joe is little more than \u201can elderly man with a poor memory,\u201d according to the report.<\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t remember when he was vice president.<\/p>\n

Doesn\u2019t remember when his son Beau died.<\/p>\n

He told his ghostwriter he had classified information, but later claimed to the special counsel he didn\u2019t really mean \u201cclassified.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden doesn\u2019t mean a lot of what he says, as evidenced by all the times his own administration contradicts him.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Talking to his ghostwriter 2017, Biden was \u201cpainfully slow,\u201d and had a hard time remembering events, the special counsel notes.<\/p>\n

In 2023, his memory was even \u201cworse.\u201d<\/p>\n

Imagine what it will be like in 2027 if he wins re-election!<\/p>\n

This is devastating stuff, but the administration was reportedly more worried that Hur\u2019s report would include jolting photos of classified documents recklessly strewn around Biden\u2019s home and garage.<\/p>\n

And hey, it does!<\/p>\n

But who amongst us has not stored notebooks full of top-secret information underneath their TV, as Biden did in Delaware?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The report noted classified Afghanistan documents were found \u201cin a badly damaged box in the garage, near a collapsed dog crate, a dog bed, a Zappos box, an empty bucket, a broken lamp wrapped with duct tape, potting soil, and synthetic firewood.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The report concludes that if Biden was prosecuted for violating the law, \u201chis attorneys would emphasize these limitations in his recall.\u201d<\/p>\n

But how can Biden be fit for the presidency if he is unfit to prosecute?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If Biden is re-elected, should the official oath of office be modified to promise to \u201cfaithfully execute the Office of President of the United States . . . on days that I remember I am President\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s legal team denounced the Hur report for \u201cinvestigative excess\u201d that resulted in \u201ctrashing\u201d Biden \u201cwith extraneous, unfounded and irrelevant critical commentary.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the special counsel did not take an oath to hide Biden\u2019s debility from the American people.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 388-page report provides more insights into the commander in chief than perhaps Hur intended.<\/p>\n

Congressional Republicans should demand to see the full transcript and video of the special counsel\u2019s five-hour interview with Biden.<\/p>\n

There were likely other Biden blackouts as bad or worse as those revealed in the report.<\/p>\n

The White House compounded the damage from the report with a hastily called press conference that was dominated by Biden screaming at reporters.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cMy memory is fine!\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n

The president then astonished the audience by claiming Mexico\u2019s president is in charge of controlling the border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n

When a female reporter asked about voters\u2019 concern about his age, Biden finger-pointed and growled: \u201cThat is your judgment! That is your judgment! That is not the judgment of the press!\u201d<\/p>\n

He took no personal responsibility for the violations of federal law recounted in the report.<\/p>\n

He angrily derided what he called the report\u2019s \u201cextraneous material.\u201d<\/p>\n

The president again played the Beau card to exonerate himself \u2014 or at least get sympathy.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow in the hell dare he raise that question,\u201d Biden raged of the special counsel. \u201cI don\u2019t need anyone to remind me when he passed away.\u201d<\/p>\n

He declared, \u201cI wear since the day he died the rosary he got Our Lady of\u2026\u201d and then his voice faded off, perhaps because he forgot the church\u2019s name.<\/p>\n

Biden proclaimed, \u201cI am the most qualified person in this country to be president of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n

But there was no applause from the White House press corps, some of whose members had wondered if Biden would announce his resignation that night.<\/p>\n

Even Biden\u2019s allies were bailing ship, per the NBC News headline: \u201c\u2019A nightmare\u2019: Special counsel\u2019s assessment of Biden\u2019s mental fitness triggers Democratic panic.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a speech to the House Democratic Caucus Thursday afternoon, Biden claimed victory because the special counsel \u201creach[ed] the conclusion . . . that there are no charges that should be brought in this case.\u201d<\/p>\n

Does Biden not even realize he has just been certified mentally incompetent for office?<\/p>\n

Nixon was famous for asserting, \u201cI am not a crook.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Will Biden achieve equal notoriety for proclaiming, \u201cI am not mentally incompetent\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n
