Hunter Biden pled guilty on Thursday<\/a> to an armload of federal tax crimes. But when will the Internal Revenue Service plead guilty to stealing the 2020 election for Joe Biden?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The coverup of Hunter\u2019s tax crimes <\/a>probably changed the result of the 2020 presidential election and perhaps tampered with 2022 congressional election results.<\/p>\n

Hunter\u2019s guilty plea destroys the credibility of IRS bosses, federal prosecutors, and Attorney General Merrick Garland.<\/p>\n

In 2023, the IRS assessed 18,599,109 penalties on individuals who allegedly failed to pay or underpaid federal income taxes.<\/p>\n

How did the agency miss Hunter Biden for so long?<\/p>\n

Hunter is a tax dodger straight out of IRS Central Casting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Between 2014 and 2019, he pocketed more than $8 million from shady foreign sources, triggering a bushel of Treasury Department Suspicious Activity Reports. Hunter failed to pay more than $1 million in taxes and was slapped by a tax lien of $112,805 for his 2015 taxes.<\/p>\n

The IRS even threatened to cancel his passport \u2014 but still, no criminal charges were filed.<\/p>\n

The IRS began formally investigating Hunter in 2018; by January 2020, a team of a dozen IRS employees were working on his case. The Justice Department failed to file any <\/em>charges before the statute of limitation expired on Hunter\u2019s 2014 and 2015 tax violations.<\/p>\n

IRS investigators vigorously pushed to search part of Joe Biden\u2019s Delaware estate prior to the 2020 election.<\/p>\n

On September 3, 2020, Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf agreed with Gary Shapley, an IRS supervisory special agent<\/a>, that there was \u201cmore than enough probable cause for the physical search warrant\u201d and \u201ca lot of evidence in our investigation would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wolf reportedly told Shapley that U.S. Attorney David Weiss \u201cagreed that probable cause had been achieved.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Wolf declared that \u201coptics were a driving factor in the decisio<\/strong>n [not] to execute a search warrant,\u201d according to Shapley.<\/p>\n

IRS investigators were kept out of an October 2020 Justice Department briefing on an alleged \u201ccriminal bribery scheme\u201d investigation on Joe Biden and his family.<\/p>\n

A female FBI supervisor stated in a congressional interview last year that the Justice Department used the 2022 election as a pretext to delay further action on Hunter\u2019s tax case.<\/p>\n

CNBC reported in April 2023 that the IRS reportedly \u201cfinished its investigation more than a year ago\u201d but still <\/em>no charges were filed.<\/p>\n

The House Ways and Means Committee reported last year that the IRS investigators were met with a \u201c\u2018Delay, Divulge, and Deny\u2019 campaign<\/strong> that ultimately shielded the President\u2019s son by allowing the statute of limitations to expire on several tax crimes for . . . when Joe Biden was the Vice President.\u201d<\/p>\n

Attorneys for Hunter Biden were tipped off ahead of time about searches, resulting in the removal or destruction of evidence. \u201cProsecutors instructed investigators not to ask witnesses questions about Joe Biden or references to the \u2018Big Guy,\u2019 \u201d the congressional committee noted.<\/p>\n

In July 2023, the Justice Department sought to close Hunter\u2019s case with a wrist-slap plea for tax misdemeanors.<\/p>\n

But federal judge Maryellen Noreika did not agree that \u2018there is nothing to see here, move along.\u2019<\/p>\n

She asked lawyers a few questions about the blanket immunity that prosecutors provided for Hunter\u2019s other possible crimes and the deal collapsed.<\/p>\n

Biden won the 2020 election by a margin of 43,000 votes in three swing states because far more Americans considered Biden \u201chonest and trustworthy\u201d than Trump (52% vs. 40% according to a Gallup poll in October 2020).<\/p>\n

In the final debate with Trump before the election, Joe Biden proclaimed that \u201cmy son has not made money\u201d from China. But while he was vice president, Biden took Hunter with him to Beijing in 2013 to help his boy snare sweetheart deals.<\/p>\n

Any tax indictment of Hunter or criminal search of Joe Biden\u2019s Delaware home prior to Election Day 2020 would have shattered Biden\u2019s moral pretenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And once his Teflon shield vanished, The New York Post\u2019s revelations of Hunter\u2019s laptop<\/a> would have done far more damage to Uncle Joe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No matter who wins in November, you can bet Joe Biden will pardon his son during his lame-duck final days, bringing the whole sordid Hunter Biden saga to an end.<\/strong><\/p>\n
