A federal judge has entitled the Obama administration to lie about killing Americans. This is the assured result of a recent ruling permitting continued secrecy about Obama’s assassination program.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Judge Colleen McMahon bewailed the “veritable Catch-22\u201d<\/strong><\/a> of\u00a0rules that permit the Obama administration to declare legal \u201cactions that seem on their face incompatible with our Constitution and laws, while keeping the reasons for their conclusion a secret.\u201d<\/p>\n

But she upheld the administration’s claim that it was entitled to almost boundless secrecy about its killing program.<\/p>\n
