That was WHO talk show host Jan Mickelson’s <\/strong><\/a>lead-in comment to today’s interview.<\/p>\n

Now, if someone from New Jersey said I was one of the “smarest snotty people” he knew, it would be the supreme compliment.<\/p>\n

But nobody is snotty in Iowa.<\/p>\n

Jan has noted my attitude problem a few times in the past. He described my 2004 book, Bush Betrayal, as “a really surly book.” Two years later, he observed that “Attention Deficit Democracy is kind of a painful read.”<\/p>\n
