Is there any way to also get most federal agencies to go “web-only”?

Lawd no, Jim. Let’s keep the Feds as inefficient as possible. Typewriters and carbon paper in Soviet-style concrete buildings….

They’ll quickly be 15 years behind the curve and eventually be subsumed by the mountains of paper and filing cabinets.
