    Only a real Dick would complain about somebody calling him a Dick because his Wife don’t care for it. Some of my best friends call me Dick, for good reasons, call it vanity but being a Dick aint a bad way to spend one’s time.

    Perhaps he needs to change his name to Deek.

    For Holbrooke, maybe “Dork” would be more appropriate.
