Ooooooh…..good question. But I think that any traditional definition of “flying” requires some sort of propelled forward (or, I guess, rearward or sideways) motion, otherwise the activity is called “falling” or “dropping.” While the concept of pig-bombing DC may be a fascinating (not to mention terribly attractive) one - now that you’ve proposed it - I would still have to argue that “Pork From Above” still does not make for aviational swine.
