Claire Wolfe’s Great New Book: The Bad Attitude Guide to Good Citizenship

Claire Wolfe, the libertarian best-selling author of 101 Things to do Until the Revolution, has another bombshell book hitting the streets. The Bad Attitude to Good Citizenship provides a cavalcade of insights and inspirations on how to capture and defend your personal freedom. Claire sees through and shreds the mainstream political BS – and she also recognizes the folly of some of the Johnny-come-lately freedom movement tub thumpers and charlatans. (She was more prudent than some people I know, as far as avoiding dealing with third parties.)

Bad Attitude includes one of the punchiest, most persuasive analyses of why habeas corpus is vital to individual liberty. She deftly clobbers Sen. Lieberman and his conniving to enact legislation to provide a

Just started reading my copy… and got sidetracked into reading the Hardyville tales which came at the same time!

But that’s ok… I’ve read two books at the same time often – and these two actually compliment each other more than most.

Watch for my reviews at The Price of Liberty soon. 🙂

I hope lots of folks read and review these fine books!

I was underwhelmed by 101 Things to Do ‘Til the Revolution and downright disgusted that the first two recommendations are “don’t try to influence people” and “don’t vote.”

It’s a good thing Ron Paul supporters aren’t that idiotic.

I will not be giving her another chance.

She is one of the most eloquent voices out there for liberty on the American scene.

I suspect she would agree with Ron Paul on most issues.

Is she mistaken to recognize that politics offers no panacea?

    Thanks for the head-zup.
We spoke once during the KSFO years on 101 Things…(I think I have 61 left to do).
Will definitely schedule a redoux for the show.

Jim, you forgot to include Kwanza in the holiday list. Me thinks that you are breathing in to much of that Cuban cigar smoke, and enjoy that aroma of hops and barley way to much.
Claire is one of the best, and I have some of her books somewhere in my book pile. I will get this new one, and still waiting on your next government rascal masterpiece Mr. Bovard!!!!

Jean, I also left out Ramadan.

Cuban cigar smoke? Freelance writers don’t smoke Cubans. They go for the kind of satisfying Dominicans that cost the same as one bottle of Raging Bitch beer.

Well, Adam, I guess that will show HER!

So, just out of idle curiosity, how many books have you written such that you can teach Ms. Wolfe how to do it right? Or are you one of those snobbish lowbrow types who just sits back and criticizes others without having a lick of your own skill to demonstrate?

Criticisms stand or fall on their soundness. Has every critic of foreign policy been a politician, diplomat or soldier?
