My op-ed: “Bush’s Bogus Theory of Boundless Power”

The Future of Freedom Foundation is launching an op-ed of mine on “Bush’s Bogus Theory of Absolute Power.” The Baltimore Chronicle is using the piece.  Other links will follow. 

‘Course, with the news out yesterday on Bush’s personal role in approving the leak of classified information, the motto of Lily Tomlin comes to mind: “No matter how cynical you become, it’s never enough to keep up.”
