…Hate to change the topic Jim, but did you watch Hedrick Smith’s FRONTLINE production of “Spying on The Homefront?” last night. In all The State’s dual rationale of National Security and Executive Privilege has flown into the face of a 700 year old precedent. It seems Mr. Yoo and others have determined —for everyone’s protection of course—That we’re all suspects now. Enhanced as this Strategy is by modern technology it impresses me as unprecedented as it is dangerous to those upon whom it is subjected. Namely the entire US Population.
It is lucky for us that the government will use these new powers only for good, never for evil.
