Lawd no, Jim. Let’s keep the Feds as inefficient as possible. Typewriters and carbon paper in Soviet-style concrete buildings….
They’ll quickly be 15 years behind the curve and eventually be subsumed by the mountains of paper and filing cabinets.
And they’ll file for workers’ comp because they have to lift the boxes full of paper….
