R.I.P. Arlen Specter, one of the heroes of Ruby Ridge

RIP – Sen. Arlen Specter, one of the heroes of Ruby Ridge. I intensely disagreed with many, if not most, of the positions that Arlen Specter took during his career. And as for the “magic bullet” of the JFK Warren Commission report – bah humbug.

But Specter showed great courage in going up against the FBI and the Washington establishment and insisting on holding hearings on Ruby Ridge in 1995. His stalwart efforts helped expose more of the government’s lies and abuses from that landmark case.
