WSJ Piece on USDA Bias Payoff discussed on Radio America -Roger Hedgecock

Radio America talk show host Roger Hedgecock discussed my Wall Street Journal piece on USDA’s billion dollar bias payoff  last night.

Hedgecock had doubts about the policy’s prudence.
