I’m shocked, shocked I tell ya that the Wikileaks email dump has revealed the petty venality of competing Nation States while conveying very clearly that governance style worldwide is generally frozen at an eighth grade level. Oz just hates it when the curtain is pulled back.

If all them fancy pants ambassydoors ain’t did nuttin wrong, then they oughta not have nuttin’ to hide.

Anyhow, they is retards if they is sending tell-a-grams all over the world talkin about bad stuff they done did or is thinkin about. I learnt that from Pa when he got throwed in jail cause of that letter he writ about his shotgun and the guvermint man.

I heared old Huckabee wants to hang that little Bradley Manning fella who spilt the beans. That ain’t rite just over some gossup.

Well, ok Blanton, I was trying to be nice but I’ll take any grade around the time of maximum hormonal surge when the inexperienced juvenile mind meshes with a kind of incipient gonadal triumphalism. I understand the political hermaphrodite Senator Lieberman is also on the bandwagon to ban these kinds of unseemly leakings. This, in my mind, provides ample evidence of why they should continue to be allowed. Connecticut’s confused Senator is a perfect Gonging Alarm for Public Cognitive Dissonance. Anything he utters should not be just taken with a grain of salt, it should be entered into a kind of Comic Novel Dictionary of the Preposterous.

Karen Kwiatkowski had a good line in her article on LewRockwell.com:

“Government propagandists proclaim that people will die from this latest release. Unless they mean die laughing, this is quite an overstatement. Government goons, soldiers and bureaucrats in foreign countries will not face a greater threat to their lives, most especially from these cables. What they will face is snickers, chuckles, and outright laughter.”

Of course, laughter is the one thing they can’t stand. It’s a bigger threat to their system than any bomb-throwing revolutionary.

Dirk, I am always amazed that anyone gives Lieberman any respect on any issue. I thought he exceeded the Lifetime Bullshit Allotment for a US Senator a long time ago.

Jim, I am afraid that in one of their mammoth pieces of legislation, Congress snuck in a measure to raise the cap on the Lifetime Bullshit Allotment for US Senators.
