FISA Bashing on Antiwar.com Radio

Scott Horton of Antiwar.com RADIO and I chatted about FISA and other obscenities on Tuesday.  The MP3 is now online and accessible here.

Scott came up with a zippety title for the interview – “Attention Deficit Police State.”

Scott was spooked when I told him the FBI has added skateboarding as a warning sign for its latest updates to the terrorist profile.

The interview is about 35 minutes long.  The discussion about getting free beer while working as a State Highway Department flag man is in the last few minutes.

    Skateboarding. Hm.

On the other hand, looking at some of the local knuckleheads and how they act, I’m not sure that the FBI is completely wrong on this one. 😀

I always assumed that TSA had a good reason for classifying skateboards as weapons and preventing them from being carried on board planes.

Back in the good old Nixon days, the rule was:

If the President does it, it’s not illegal.

    Now the rule is:

If anyone in the Executive Branch does it or any corporate entity contracted by the Executive Branch does it, it’s not illegal (or will soon be legal).
