Snooping Near Camp David

I tromped out to the Catoctin Mountains next to Camp David last weekend.   Good scenery, considering the neighborhood. I was pleased to see that TSA was not operating a checkpoint for access to the mountain.

There is a restaurant – actually, an “inn” – in nearby Thurmont, MD that proudly advertises that it is popular with Secret Service agents who spend time at Camp David.

I didn’t notice a parade of scantily-dressed tarts parading in front of the inn, so the Thurmont police department is apparently not entrapping the Secret Service agents as brazenly as  the DC police recently did.  The Washington Post reported that the agent, “driving his Secret Service vehicle and in uniform, encountered the undercover officer about 12:50 a.m. near 11th and K streets NW… After bantering about prices and services,  the woman agreed to perform oral sex for $20 and told the [agent] to meet her around the corner. He was arrested there by D.C. police officers…”

The Post did not report whether the $20 price included a discount for uniformed officers.

Nice shots, Jim, particularly the middle one. Shadows and the fallen logs/trees play nicely together. Too bad about the lack of tarts at the inn….! Where’s a fellow to find an honest tart nowadays!

Baker……Nevada, scads of honest tax paying tarts. They even had a program in support of Ron Paul….a two-fer-the-price-o-one promotional where anybody who confirmed they were a Paul supporter got a free, ahem…ahhh…uhhh, service.

My favorite recollection about the Nevad brothels was the car loads of Persians attending college in Utah piling into a Eurpean Sports car and beelining west for the weekend, only to return and join in the “Shah is a U.S. Puppet” protests where their female counterparts were donning the Chador as a symbol of “defiance”. Funny how these things always work out. The Persians never had any patience to court the blonde Mormon girls……they were good customers over in Elko.

It appears that the Secret Service was unsuccessful at obtaining secret service. Like McWilliams said, when hormones rage men are often blind to traps. The state has learned how to turn that weakness, and sin in general, into a gold mine. I don’t know if DC has forfeiture laws on the books, but can one government agency confiscate a vehicle belonging to another? I suspect that forfeiture is only applied to sector serfs who are driving their own cars. Nice fall color shots. If you want to get real artsy, have something partially in the foreground but within the depth of field (sharpness zone) like a moss covered rock rock, for example.

The secret service agent probably wonders alas, where has professional courtesy gone these days?

Of course none of us are surprised to see a falling out amongst the thieves.

Wes, I think the further one gets from DC, the more honest the tarts become.

    Nevada?

    Amsterdam?

Dirk, I know a lot of the Ron Paul supporters were willing to sacrifice themselves for the campaign, but I didn’t know some of ’em went this far.

On the Iranian Elko connection – I bet those girls had some stories….

Marc – I appreciate the suggestion on the editing. I will jiggle with ’em.
