The Washington Post had a giant version of the cover of Bush’s DECISION POINT in its Style section today. Bush is trying to look solemn but I suspect he is going to a baseball game.
I think this photo – entitled “Bush Swings by Congress” – I took at a January 2007 antiwar DC demo would have provided a much more captivating cover. And it would have boosted the book’s sales to the kind of folks I know.

That visual representation is very inaccurate. Everyone knows that Bush stopped wearing thongs and handcuffs after he pretended to stop drinking.
I did notice that the first run, now in discount bins, did have a different cover.

Interestingly, the boob appears to have a pretty nice set of boobs. Who’d a thunk it? Lindsey must be ‘pea green’ with envy.

Yes, Jim it would. But now that I think of it, I thought that there was a law that criminals could not profit off of their crimes. Why doesn’t some up-and-coming lawyer make his name suing Bush in civil court for profiting from his war crimes?
…that is, by writing a book about those crimes…

It would work if we had an honest court system.
If federal judges would not indict Bush for ordering torture, I can’t hope that they would penalize him from profiting from his torturous tale.
