Or if our System of Justice were run by the citizenry as a whole, instead of the same narrow niche of people and business interests who finance the politicians’ careers.

The “crazy” founding fathers wanting a Roman government as advertised by Edward Gibbons were the Hamiltonians who effected a coup d’etat in 1787 , as opposed to libertarian founding fathers inspired by Jefferson who had crafted the Articles – America’s 1st constitution, which was free of Romanism.
