Book Signing [or ??] at CPAC Saturday Afternoon

CORRECTION: Looking at the revised schedule, it looks like the book signing may be from 12:30 pm to 1 pm on Saturday.

Campaign for Liberty has arranged for me to do a book signing on Saturday at 12:30 pm at the Conservative Political Action Conference in DC. I’ll be at the C4L booth in the Exhibit Hall.

This gig is near the close of the 3-day convention. In previous years when I have visited CPAC on that day, no one was checking for admission tickets. Actually, in recent years, except for entering rooms where popular speakers were featured, there was little checking for tickets.

Some of my books will be for sale at the event. If you have previously bought anything I wrote, I’m happy to inscribe anything which doesn’t have more than one or two bullet holes.

If you’re nearby or at the convention, feel free to stop by to shoot the bull. I may be just sitting there, studying the latest Ladies of Liberty Alliance calendar and chewing on a cheap cigar.

I’ll be speaking on a panel on Saturday morning at 10 am on the Patriot Act.

I will also be doing a one hour live radio interview from 2 to 3 pm Friday with Jacob Hornberger of the Future of Freedom Foundation. This will be in the McKinley room and folks are welcome to listen etc.

My big fashion quandary for this event is whether I should wear my Al Jazeera lapel pin. Some conservative activists are howling that CPAC has been taken over by a bunch of Muslim lovers, so…

Thanks for asking about the audio. I think there may be live ‘web-casting’ for both parts — If I can confirm that, I’ll put the links here. If not, I’ll post the links after the audio/video tapes go up.

An Al Jazeera Lapel pin on a flannel shirt would truly make a fashion statement.

Excellent idea. But I have always been so conservative, fashion-wise.

I did a Google search in Arabic and couldn’t find any guidance on how Arabic alphabet symbols mesh with flannel.
