Podcast: Obama’s Forgotten Constitutional Depredations

Barack Obama is rapidly ascending to sainthood as people forget the sordid details of his abuses of power. Here’s a podcast to revive his record, produced for the Future of Freedom Foundation. Thanks again to Bart Frazier for cleaning up the video & posting it.

“Bureaucratic bulldozing? Groping TSA agents? Federal secrecy and aggressive prosecution of journalists? This is the legacy that Obama passed to Trump.”

My lawyers are still working on the a response to the formal complaint from the West Virginia Anti-Defamation League.

My podcasting is a work in progress and I welcome critical feedback & suggestions.

Get some overalls to go with that engineer’s cap. Otherwise, perfect.

Oh, and give the podcast a name and episode numbers. Forgot that one. I’m just calling it the “Jim Bovard Podcast, [date]” when I promote it. I’d rather be able to post “Angry Virginian in Engineer Cap, Episode 97” (see what I did there?) or whatever.

“Angry Virginian”?!? Damn, my “mellow lessons” did not pay off.

Well, YOU don’t have to BE angry. But “Angry” in the title would work as click bait. Like so:

That is a weird video. I am familiar with German profanity – that video needed better audio. 🙂

Maybe I’ll go with “ornery” instead of “angry.”

Spot on again, Jim! As I commented on the YouTube page, when you mentioned the blue-shirt goon squad of the TSA, I was reminded of my friend and fellow voluntaryist David Kirk West’s satirical short ‘Dick Johnson: TSA Wunderkind!’ he published a few years ago. It”s hilarious in a dismally accurate way, and highly recommended: https://youtu.be/Kn0xBkw45_M
